At Atlas Time Enterprise, we understand that once you’ve selected the perfect timepiece, you want it in your hands as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about how we deliver your order from our doors to your wrist.

Every watch we ship is treated with the same care and attention we would give our own collections. We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your timepiece arrives safely, securely, and ready to wear.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation and payment verification.

You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped, which will include tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Please Note: During peak seasons, sales events, or limited-edition releases, processing times may be extended by 1-2 business days. We appreciate your patience during these busy periods.


Shipping Destinations & Carriers

We are proud to ship our timepieces worldwide. We select carriers based on reliability, speed, and tracking capabilities to ensure your package arrives safely.

Carrier Note: The specific carrier used for your order will be determined based on your location, the value of your purchase, and current shipping conditions. You will see the carrier information in your shipping confirmation email.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on your location, the weight of your package, and the shipping method selected at checkout.


International Shipping & Customs

For orders shipping outside of Malaysia, please be aware that:

  • Customs and Import Duties: Your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs brokerage fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price of the watch or shipping cost paid at checkout.
  • Customs Policies: Customs policies vary widely by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.
  • Delays: Occasionally, packages may be delayed by customs processes. While these delays are beyond our control, we will do everything we can to assist you in tracking your package.

Important: By placing an international order, you agree that Atlas Time Enterprise is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or delays incurred.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  1. A Shipping Confirmation Email: Notifying you that your order is on its way.
  2. Tracking Number: A unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website where you can monitor your package’s progress.

Shipping Insurance

All shipments from Atlas Time Enterprise are fully insured against loss, theft, or damage during transit. This coverage is provided at no additional cost to you. In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can initiate a claim and resolve the issue for you.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Atlas Time Enterprise cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@atlastime.net. We will do our best to correct the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, family members, or your local post office first. If you are still unable to locate it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
  • Stolen Packages: Atlas Time Enterprise is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but subsequently stolen. We encourage you to consider shipping to a secure location (such as your workplace) or selecting a signature requirement option if available.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please:
    • Take photographs of the outer packaging and the watch itself.
    • Refuse delivery if the damage is severe (where possible).
    • Contact us immediately at info@atlastime.net with your order number and photos.

Returns Due to Non-Delivery

If a package is returned to us as “undeliverable” or “unclaimed” due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs fees, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment. If you prefer a refund instead of reshipment, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
