14-Day Return Policy
We accept Returns within 14 days of delivery date to receive a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at (email address). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items send back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own Shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
Exceptions/Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be return, like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
